Dr. John Nelson – Miami Dentist
Dr. Nelson has been a dentist for years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry. His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field.
Dr. Nelson has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments. His approach to your treatment starts with patiently listening to you. Then, after a complete and thorough examination, he reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you.

Hi! My name is Brianna, I’m 19 years old and currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Crime Scene Investigation at Florida International University. In my free time I enjoy watching crime documentaries, which fuel my passion for the field I’m studying. Alongside my studies, I work as a front desk receptionist where I enjoy welcoming patients, creating a positive first impression, and contributing to a caring environment.

Hi, my name is Herlyz. I was born in Venezuela and have been living in Miami since 2019. I studied Dentistry and Dental Hygiene in Venezuela, and I am passionate about combining technical knowledge with empathy. My goal is to help every patient understand their treatment plan and improve their dental health with confidence and care.

Hello! My name is Rose, and I am the Business Manager for the practice, with over a decade of dedicated experience in the dental field. My greatest satisfaction comes from being a resourceful patient advocate. My core focus is ensuring that every patient receives timely stress-free access to our high-quality care, helping them to reclaim their healthy smiles. Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and a bit of shopping.

Hi! my name is Carida. I was born in Baltimore, Maryland. I’ve been living in Miami since the 80’s. I’ve been married for 33 years to my best friend and we have 2 wonderful kids Javier Jr., and Genesis. I’ve been a dental assistant for 24 years. It’s a fast-paced job and no two days are the same. I’m able to meet so many different people and transform their lives.

I graduated from dental school in 2017 in Cuba, and after moving to the United States four years ago, I obtained my dental hygienist license as part of my dental revalidation process. I am very proud and happy to care for my patients through dental hygiene. I truly love what I do, and to me, Midtown Dental Miami is more than just a workplace, it is family.
